ACOD Senior Trainer and experienced Dispenser, Virgilia Readett, will delve into the ethical responsibilities Optical Dispensers & Dispensing Opticians hold for their customers. She will discuss what products should and should NOT be recommended and the flow on effect of overservicing and underservicing. Virgilia will explore our duty of care and how to ensure the individual customer needs are prioritised.
