Lake and Valley Optical and Port Stephens Optical are seeking an experienced Practice Manager/Optical Dispenser to join our team in Tanilba Bay, NSW.

This part-time role is responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of our optical practice, as well as providing high-quality customer service and eyewear dispensing. As the Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of this location.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar practice management or optical dispensing role
• A strong understanding of optical products, frame fitting, and lens selection
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in using optical practice management software and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and lead a small team as a team member
• A friendly, professional, and patient-centric approach
