ABOUT US:
We're an independent practice built over 30 years located in the street front shopping strip of Frankston CBD, just a stone throw away from the Frankston Station, Bayside Shopping Centre and the bay. We are a boutique store, with a friendly and professional team, focussed on providing customers with optimal eye care and high quality frame choices. We provide a relaxed environment, customer focussed- yet without the pressures of KPI/sales targets.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
We're looking for a admin staff or optical dispenser to join our friendly team. We are offering up to 3-4 days/week, 9am to 5pm. Gross hourly rate of $28-30/hr + super (depending on experience).

Retail or Optical Dispensing experience is preferred, but not a must. There is an opportunity and full support to engage in a Cert IV in Optical Dispensing course if further training into Optical Dispensing career pathway is desired.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Experience with Optomate (preferred- but can be trained)
• Frame styling and facial fitting
• Basic frame and screw repairs, adjustments, lens measurements (can be trained)
• Customer service
• Basic administration duties, including reception and updating accounts
• General retail housekeeping duties– maintaining shop front
