ABOUT THE ROLE
In this dual-location role, you’ll play a key part in dispensing and sales while also gaining hands-on insight into how lenses are crafted and prepared for patients. Working with a collaborative team of optical professionals, you'll support the patient journey from consultation to collection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses tailored to their prescription, lifestyle and personal style
・Offer expert advice on optical products and promote eyewear solutions that meet both patient needs and business goals
・Participate in daily practice operations, including appointment coordination and customer service
・Develop your understanding of lens technology, product quality, and the full lifecycle of prescription eyewear
・Work effectively across both locations as part of a supportive and experienced team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
・Previous experience in optical dispensing or optical retail is preferred
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills
・A proactive, organised and professional approach
・A genuine interest in eyewear, optics, and the patient experience
・Flexibility to work across both locations, including Saturdays
