WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a passionate, energetic and customer focused individual to join our growing team.
• Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for optics and a keen eye for style
• Able to multi-task and work unsupervised
• Punctual, responsible, reliable and flexible to work with our team
• Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• A team player and someone who cares about us as much as we care about you
• 1+ years in optical dispensing
• Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired, but not essential

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
• Booking appointments and handling front of shop reception duties
• Helping customers choose frames and taking measurements to ensure that glasses are correctly made
• Interpreting optical prescriptions, recommending lens options and consulting our customers to identify their needs and provide personalised solutions
• Fitting and servicing glasses - providing adjustments or repairs where needed
• Supporting the Optometrist in patient care
• Contribute to our fun and happyenvironment
