We at Opticare are thrilled to announce a unique opening for a multifaceted customer service position in our Sydney head office. The perfect candidate will bring experience in customer service and administration, complemented by a positive and amiable disposition. Training will be provided for specialised industry-related tasks.
* Serve as the initial contact for clients by handling incoming and outgoing phone calls. Excellence in customer service is paramount.
* Manage client communications through email and phone.
* Perform data entry for orders, including frame tracing.
* Aid in receiving deliveries by unpacking and assigning stock to respective orders.
* Conduct daily account management, integrating customers into our established systems and procedures while providing added value.
* Support dispatch data procedures and the packaging of assignments.
* Help coordinate courier pick-ups.
* Contribute to the preparation of End-of-Month and Company Reports.
* Oversee both accounts receivable and payable.
* Execute additional tasks as needed.
* Previous Optical experience with associated qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service (either B2B or B2C)
* Outstanding communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal interactions.
