We are a small team dedicated to providing only master crafted sunglasses, optical frames and lenses to our clients. We have fused state of the art eye health technology and on-site lens fitting with luxury eyewear and the ultimate customer experience.
As we continue to grow, we are searching for a new team member to join the Seekers family to help us maintain our 5-star service.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the Seekers team, your tasks will include:
• Welcoming clients, identifying their needs and booking appointments
• Retail sales, ordering and collections
• Optical frame and sunglass styling and adjustments
• Receipt of inventory and periodic stocktakes
• Conducting basic diagnostic tests and scans

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a skilled team member with the following:
• Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is desirable
• A minimum of one years’ experience as an optical dispenser is preferred
• Superior frame selection and styling skills
• Excellent verbal communication
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills with operating a practice management and medical records system (e.g. Optomate)
• Intermediate skills with operating optometric diagnostic and imaging equipment (e.g. OCT, visual fields, auto-refractor)
