We’re hiring a full-time Optical Dispenser to join our practices across Leppington and Gregory Hills.
At Eye Mechanics, we deliver clinical excellence, personalised care, and a curated range of premium eyewear. We’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented team member eager to grow their careers and progress with more responsibility and pay.

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver high-conversion, customer-first dispensing with a confident and consultative sales approach
• Work closely with premium brands like Tom Ford, DITA, Saint Laurent, Celine, and more
• Assist with daily operations, liaise with managers and owners, and contribute directly to practice improvements
• Upskill through mini-projects, technical training, and collaboration with labs and suppliers

What We’re Looking For:
• Optical experience preferred; sales/healthcare backgrounds welcome
• Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• A collaborative team member with a genuine passion for client eyecare (optimising vision and styling)
