Sara Leonard

Sara Leonard joined the optical industry in 2002 and holds qualifications in Optical Dispensing and Ophthalmic Practice Management. She brings extensive experience across all facets of the industry, including independent and corporate practice, business ownership, and wholesale.

At HOYA Lens Australia, Sara currently serves as ANZ Customer Experience and Commercial Systems Manager. In this role, she combines a strong understanding of practice operations and patient needs with a passion for delivering tools and systems that support sustainable practice success.
