• ODA reserves the right to deny listings at their own discretion.

• All ads must be lawful and comply with State and Federal laws.

• Items should only be listed where those goods are available for collection within Australia or New Zealand. Items may be shipped at the sellers discretion but should originate from within Australia or New Zealand.

• Duplicate ads will not be accepted.

• Ads must not include links to any other web sites.

• Ads must not contain inappropriate language or images of any kind.

• Ads must not be discriminatory in any way.

• Any ad that fails to comply with these terms will not be approved.

• All ads will remain live for 60 days.

• This page is for private sales only and is not for the use of manufacturers and suppliers.

• The seller should email marketing@odamembers.com.au when the item has sold or would like the ad removing.

• The sellers contact information will be published on the ad.

• A buyer can contact a seller any time through the supplied contact information.

• All contact is direct between the buyer and the seller and ODA does not manage any of the contact.

• ODA is not involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers and cannot guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what's offered.

• It is the buyers responsibility to protect themselves from scams and should act in a safe manner when paying for items.

• In no event do we accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
