Registrations for “The Impact of Mindfulness on Success” event with International Swimming Hall of Fame legend Michael Klim are now open. Michael is not just one of Australia's greatest Olympians, he’s also considered to be the world’s best relay swimmers.
In this 60-minute session, he reflects on his experiences as a world champion in the pool and in business and shares how mindfulness helped him succeed. Michael will take you through how to use mindfulness at work to enable clarity and peak performance. He will provide valuable tips on reducing stress and the impact of technology on your ability to be mindful.
