Presentation Synopsis

The webinar also touches on the manufacturing process for tinted lenses, including the challenges of achieving consistent colour. Finally, it concludes with practical dispensing tips.

Presenter Bio

Having gained his education internationally, mostly in Taiwan, Justin moved to Australia when he was 24. Justin has been in the optical industry since 1999 where he started as an optical dispensing trainee and has completed certificates in optical dispensing and project management. Justin has built his career in both corporate and independent practices, in roles including sales, customer service, training, operations, and business management. Justin was appointed Director at Tokai Optical Australia in 2019.
