Innovative Eye Care is growing, and we’re looking for exceptional people to join our Optical Dispensary team.

We have opportunities ranging from entry-level Optical Assistant positions through to qualified Optical Dispenser and Optical Retail Management roles, with salary and responsibilities reflecting your experience, skills and qualifications.

At Innovative Eye Care, we combine expert eye care with a focus on style, confidence and experience.

We’re looking for people who share that philosophy.

You might be completely new to optics and ready for a new challenge. You might come from fashion, premium retail, hospitality or customer service. Or you might be an experienced Optical Dispenser looking for the next step in your career.

What matters most to us is finding the right person someone with energy, personality, initiative and a genuine desire to create an exceptional experience for every patient.
