About the Role:
・Guide patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs
・Provide expert advice on lens technologies, coatings and vision solutions
・Basic workshop tasks e.g adjustments, repairs and quality control
・Administrative duties such as appointment book management, banking, entering stock and reporting
・Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience

About you:
・Available Monday- Friday minimum of 26.5 hours per week.
・Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
・Cert IV dispensing qualification desired but not essential
・Passion to help others
・Out of the box thinker to solve complex problems
