The Role
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail and clinical support team
• Drive strong patient experiences through consultative care and service excellence
• Manage daily operations, systems, and processes with confidence
• Lead by example in dispensing, fashion expertise, and patient interaction

About You

• Strong retail management and people leadership experience
• Confident, solutions-focused approach to patient care and sales
• Comfortable with systems and processes
• Optical experience preferred but not essential
• Self-motivated, professional, and fashion-forward
