Seeking an Optical Dispenser on a full-time or part-time basis to join our award-winning, independent practice at Eyecare Plus Belmont.

This role suits both experienced dispensers and those earlier in their career who are keen to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide professional lens dispensing and frame styling advice
· Support patients through their optical journey with confidence and care
· Assist with interpreting prescriptions and recommending suitable lens options
· Take accurate measurements (PDs, multifocal heights)
· Assist with auxiliary equipment (OCT/fundus, visual fields, etc.), with training provided
· Support reception, patient bookings, administration and day-to-day operations
· Maintain accurate records and contribute to a smooth-running, welcoming practice About You:
· Experience as an Optical Dispenser or Assistant is preferred but not essential
· Strong interest in eyewear, patient care and quality service
· Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with people
· Good attention to detail and pride in your work
· Comfortable using computer systems (training provided where needed)
· Positive attitude, reliable, and works well as part of a team
