Perfect Vision is an award-winning optical practice located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, known for our cutting-edge approach to vision and style. With one of the city’s most unique selections of high fashion spectacle frames and sunglasses, we combine superior fashion advice with expert technical knowledge to deliver an experience unlike any other. We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser Part Time or full time to join our team who is available to travel to our sister practice at St Leonard's 2 days a week.

About the Role:

• Guide patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs
• Provide expert advice on lens technologies, coatings and vision solutions
• Basic workshop tasks e.g adjustments, repairs and quality control
• Administrative duties such as appointment book management, banking, entering stock and reporting
• Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience

About you:

• Available Monday- Friday minimum of 26.5 hours per week.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Cert IV dispensing qualification desired but not essential
• Passion to help others
• Out of the box thinker to solve complex problems
