We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Melbourne-based team. Whether you’re currently in the optical industry and looking to expand your experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive, people-first business.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
∙ Processing customer orders and keeping accurate records
∙ Liaising with internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time
∙ Receiving, recording, and responding to customer enquiries and feedback
∙ Assisting with issue resolution and delivering exceptional customer support
∙ Upholding the high standard of service CR Labs is known for

Required must have:
∙ Ability to read and interpret lens orders and assist with technical queries
∙ Optical lens or retail optical experience
∙ Confidence explaining products, services, processes, and eyewear package options
∙ Experience providing customer service via phone and email
