What You’ll Do
・Assist customers in choosing the right frames, lenses, and eyewear solutions
・Accurately process prescriptions and ensure correct product dispensing
・Maintain an organised, clean, and welcoming practice environment
・Provide advice and support to customers regarding product care and usage
・Work collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless patient experiences
・Handle transactions and assist with stock management

What You’ll Bring
・Previous experience in optical dispensing or retail customer service (preferred)
