Visionary Optical is an independent optometry practice in the heart of East Fremantle.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional eye care and high-quality frames to our community. We are looking for an optical dispenser to join our tight knit team. This is an opportunity for you to join a practice that values eye health and excellent customer service above all else.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a dispenser your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting preliminary testing prior to a patient's eye exam
• Guiding patients through frame selection
• Advising on the best lens options for our patient's unique needs
• Interpreting prescriptions Fitting, adjusting and repairing frames
• Providing excellent customer satisfaction
• Admin tasks including taking payments and booking appointments
• Store product preciousness
• Liaising with sales representatives

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
We are seeking someone who has previous experience in the optical industry.

Flexible working hours available and no late nights are required, Hours will include Saturdays from 9:00am - 1:00pm - Full time and part time roles will be considered.
