About the Role
As a key member of the practice, you will:
・Deliver a warm, professional reception experience for all patients
・Provide expert guidance in frame and lens selection, considering lifestyle and visual needs
・Offer tailored recommendations on optical products, including contact lens care solutions
・Support the team in achieving practice goals through: processing Medicare, health fund payments, credits / warranties, entering stock, jobs due report, debtor’s management and stock takes
・Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming practice environment

・Proven experience as an Optical Dispenser (senior experience highly regarded)
