The role includes:
・Assisting patients to choose frames that suit their prescription, style and lifestyle needs.
・Taking accurate dispensing measurements to achieve the best visual outcomes.
・Adjusting, repairing and quality checking eyewear.
・Answering phone enquiries, making appointments and assisting with all front-of-house needs.
・Maintaining frame displays purchasing from frame reps and merchandising.
・Working in a positive small team to ensure every patient has a great experience.

You'll be a fantastic fit if you:
・Have experience in optical dispensing or working within an optical practice and genuinely enjoy helping people and providing exceptional and personal service.
・Enjoy fashion and an appreciation for quality eyewear and quality customer service with a positive attitude.
・Are organised with excellent attention to detail.
・Prior experience with Sunix practice software or ability to adapt to new software quickly.
