As a crucial member of our clinical team, our Optical Dispensers plays a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients by ensuring each patient receives tailored advice and expert assistance with their eyewear needs.

Based primarily at our Carlton Clinic, this role is central to the patient experience and to the success of our clinics. If you're wanting to open your eyes up to more complex dispensing, this is an ideal role for you. This position offers a relative level of autonomy and responsibility, with a strong focus on dispensing, customer care, and efficiency.

You’ll work closely with patients to provide personalised frame and lens recommendations, manage orders, and ensure all optical products meet the highest standards - helping maximise patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Previous dispensing experience is required for this role.
