We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and strategic Business Relationship Manager, to grow and strengthen partnerships across Northern Sydney and Northern Regional NSW. As a Business Relationship Manager at CR Labs, you’ll be the driving force behind strong, long-term partnerships with eye care professionals. This is a strategic, field-based role where commercial insight meets genuine relationship building—helping practices grow through tailored lens solutions, expert support, and trusted advice. You’ll work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and customer experience to identify opportunities, influence outcomes, and deliver measurable growth. In this role, you will:
Grow and nurture key optometry partnerships, building trust, loyalty, and long-term value
Identify and capture new opportunities, unlocking growth in an underdeveloped territory
Be a champion of CR Labs’ premium lens technologies, driving adoption and differentiation
Collaborate with world-leading frame and lens brands, creating integrated solutions that elevate practice success
Act as a trusted advisor, helping practices thrive through education, insights, and strategic guidance
Leverage feedback to influence priorities and drive positive change, enhancing the customer experience and supporting your team
Represent CR Labs at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, positioning the company as a market leader
Stay ahead of industry, market, and fashion trends, turning insights into opportunity
Take full ownership of your territory, with the freedom to make decisions and innovate, including regular regional travel and occasional interstate visits
Have access to useful sales information and strategic planning using ZOHO CRM
Access specialist support, professional development, and industry-leading education programs
You will thrive in this role if you are:
Experienced in optics (must have), sales, business development, or relationship management
Passionate about optometry, optical, or fashion eyewear (experience preferred)
Consultative and partnership-focused, with strong commercial acumen and a desire to create value for clients
Driven by growth and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of delivering consistent sales and profit results in a dynamic environment
Skilled at quickly spotting opportunities for improvement and growth across marketing, visual merchandising, people development, and sales
An exceptional communicator, presenter, and relationship-builder, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
Excited about visual health, innovation, and fashion-led optical solutions
Confident managing a geographically diverse territory, while enjoying autonomy and ownership
Able to build relationships with a diverse network of optometrists and international fashion brands
