We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Optical Dispenser to join our passionate and growing team.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and has a passion for styling, eyewear, and helping people look and feel their best.

You will be responsible for:
・Luxury frame styling and personalised eyewear consultations
・Optical dispensing, measurements, and lens recommendations
・Delivering exceptional end-to-end client experience
・Working closely with optometrists and the wider team
・Maintaining high standards in presentation, merchandising, and service

About You
You are:
・An experienced Optical Dispenser (minimum 2+ years preferred)
・Confident with dispensing, styling, adjustments and troubleshooting
・Passionate about fashion, eyewear, and luxury brands
・A strong communicator with a warm, polished client approach
・Detail-oriented, proactive, and take pride in your work
・Comfortable working Saturdays as part of your weekly roster
・Mandarin language skills are highly regarded (our client base is diverse and multilingual)
