The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced optical dispenser to deliver expert care, create exceptional customer experiences, and support smooth store operations. This is a hands-on role focusing on dispensing and customer service across our Sydney locations.

What You’ll Do:
・Interpret prescriptions, recommend lenses, take precise measurements, fit frames, and troubleshoot
・Maintain accurate customer files, orders, and stock
・Support teammates and help maintain a positive, welcoming store environment
・Ensure every customer feels confident and well cared for

You’ll Shine If You:
・Have 3+ years’ dispensing experience (or strong equivalent)
・Are confident providing expert dispensing advice
・Are organised, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
・Communicate calmly and positively under pressure
・Are happy to work across multiple Sydney stores as needed
