Optical Dispenser
An exciting opportunity exists for a Full-Time Optical Dispenser to join our busy, upmarket optometry practice in central Sydney. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the team in a variety of tasks.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Retail Expertise: Assisting patients with eyewear selections and sales.
• Workshop Expertise: Fitting lenses, performing frame adjustments, and carrying out repairs.
• Administrative Duties: Confidently managing Optomate system, Medicare Easy Claims, HealthPoint claims, and EFTPOS transactions.
• Customer Interaction: Delivering friendly, high-quality service and ensuring patient satisfaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A Friendly Personality: Someone who can make clients feel welcome and valued.
• Strong Communication Skills: Professional and approachable in all interactions.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer use for managing bookings and records.
• Qualified Professional: Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience: Retail sales experience and workshop skills are essential.
