About the Role:
The Operations Support role supports the daily operational processes within our Springwood office and lab. It’s ideal for individuals seeking flexible or part-time work in a professional, detail-oriented environment.
You’ll assist in job handling, data entry, order checking, and workflow coordination to ensure smooth operations between our internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily job processing and data entry.
• Support communication between departments.
• Check and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Maintain workflow efficiency and organisational accuracy.
• Provide administrative or operational support as needed.

Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent attention to detail and task organisation.
• Able to work productively and efficiently under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and a good communicator.
• Experience in optical, lab, or admin roles is beneficial but not essential.
