• Strong retail management experience
• Proven leadership skills that inspire and motivate others
• Confidence with systems and processes
• A consultative, solutions-focused approach to patient care and sales
• Optical experience/background is preferred but not essential
• A self-motivated, independent thinker with an eye for fashion and an openness to learn
