POSITION VACANT:
Rodenstock Australia Brisbane - Customer Service (Full time)

To be successful you will need to have a certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or have worked in the industry. Excellent communication skills are necessary.

This role includes:
・Data Entry
・Tracing frames (Metal, Shell, Nylon and Rimless)
・Inbound and outbound phone calls
・Order tracking and follow-up
・Stock lens picking
・Unpacking orders and order direction
・Comfortable in technical discussions with other industry professionals
・Scanning and order matching
・Dispatch
