Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Optical Assistant/Dispenser role located in Leederville, WA. The Optical Assistant/Dispenser will assist with guiding patients through their visit, assisting our Optometrists with Pre and Ancillary Testing, providing advice on lens and frame selection, and ensuring a high standard of patient care. Responsibilities include facilitating routine eye care services, maintaining product knowledge to aid in dispensing solutions, coordinating appointments, and optimising the overall patient experience.
