Jennifer has over 30 years of experience in the optical industry and has been a qualified optical dispenser since 1993. She has worked across both independent practices and corporate environments, with a strong passion for mentoring new staff and supporting their growth into confident, highly skilled professionals.

She is also deeply passionate about curating distinctive frame ranges and delivering a consistently high standard of care to every client.

Jennifer currently works with the G&M Group as a Boutique Manager, based in Launceston, Tasmania. She joined ODA as a way to give back to the optical community and believes that her extensive experience and genuine passion for the profession enable her to make a meaningful contribution.
