Trisha is an experienced Optical Dispenser whose career began in 1998 in the UK. With over two decades in the optical industry, she has developed a deep understanding of optical dispensing and customer service.

In 2008, Trisha emigrated to Australia, where she successfully managed large retail practices in South Australia, demonstrating her strong leadership and operational skills.

In 2018, Trisha joined ZEISS as the Customer Service Manager, leading the Customer Service team. Over the past seven years, her role has evolved significantly, reflecting her passion and dedication to the field. In April 2024, she was appointed as the National Sales Manager for ZEISS Australia, overseeing both independent and retail markets.

Trisha is passionate about all aspects of Optical Dispensing, with a particular focus on enhancing the customer experience. Her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in customer service has made her a respected leader in the optical community.
