O-SHOW26 is set to take over the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) on Sunday 16 and Monday 17 August 2026, bringing together the optical industry for two powerful days of business, fashion, innovation and connection.

Business. Leadership. Fashion.
The event kicks off Sunday morning with the Myopia Mastery Workshop, proudly sponsored by HOYA, this half-day session focused on the business of building a successful myopia practice, featuring practical insights and presentations from industry leaders.
On Sunday afternoon, the Women in Optics Leadership Roundtable takes place in a stunning room overlooking the Melbourne CBD. Combining peer-led discussion, collaborative problem solving, insightful presentations, high tea and celebratory bubbles, this unique event is designed to inspire connection and growth.
A New Way to Experience Eyewear
In an O-SHOW first, the O-SHOW Eyewear Fashion Catwalk will run multiple times across both days. Drawing inspiration from International Optical Shows and Melbourne’s own Fashion profile, the runway shows will showcase the latest in fashion, sunglasses, safety and kids eyewear — bringing frames to life in the most fashion-forward way.
Between shows, attendees can relax at the Front Row Café and hear from Major Show Sponsor EssilorLuxottica, who will present on the latest technology in smart glasses and emerging optical innovation.
Celebrating Excellence
O-SHOW26 will also launch the ODMA awards program, shining a spotlight on innovation and excellence across the industry.
